These terms cover reserving a room through CabbashBookings.

Your booking is with the hotel

CabbashBookings shows rooms and prices live from each hotel's own front desk. When you reserve, the booking is made directly in the hotel's own system and your contract for the stay is with the hotel.

Prices and payment

Prices are set by the hotel and shown in the hotel's own currency. You pay the full price of your stay online when you book, by card or bank through Paystack, straight to the hotel. Your rooms are reserved only once the payment has gone through. Extras you use during your stay, and taxes the hotel lists (such as VAT), are paid at the hotel.

Holding rooms

When you choose rooms we hold them while you add your details and pay. If the payment is not completed within 20 minutes, the rooms are released and nothing is charged.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel, contact the hotel directly using the details on your confirmation. The hotel's cancellation policy, shown before you reserve, applies.

Arriving

Check-in and check-out times are set by the hotel and shown on your confirmation. The hotel may ask for identification on arrival.
